He always spend a long time talking to me (sharing his life experiences in previous agencies, his stories as a husband and father) and i got infected by his beliefs and passion for life and design. He has a heart of gold and I feel like I've met a 贵人. He didn't have to spend the time on somebody like me who just join the company and is only a junior AD. But he did just because he wants me to learn as much as possible. Perhaps we came from the same background. Started working as a graphic designer and somehow went on to do advertising. Maybe he experienced the same obstacles I was facing.

He's really sweet and thoughtful. To even make cup noodles for us being worried that we'll skipped dinner just so to have more time to rush out deadlines. It's been a while since I felt so inspired. To be wise and be able to give, share and inspire others is the greatest gift. I feel that my life is steered absurdly by change towards working in this agency just so that I can meet a wonderful mentor like him. Who'd imagine he would call me up for a interview after all the mad rush with the graduation show at raffles city last july? He isn't just a boss and my mentor. He has become my role model and a dear friend. I think it's fate that we cross our life with certain people in our life to rub off some of their colours and add on to our palette.

Into my 9 months here and I'm really grateful for his everything. I will continue to take with me his wisdom, words and encouragements to wherever i go in future. Thank you laoban!
