Shanghai trip(1)

Day 1
Maglev Train ride

This is Sino-German joint proj involves e construction of an elevated, double track guideway frm Pudong International Airport to Long Yang Road Subway station. With max speed of 430 km/h, e 30 km journey takes only 18 min. E same journey takes at least 45 min for a bus or taxi. FUN, THRILLING & FAST RIDE!

Golden Chicken Lake

It's was EXTREMELY cold. Temp was probably less than 10
But it's a nice place to take lots of photos =)

Oriental Tower

E Oriental Pearl Tower stands at 468 m high, e highest TV tower in Asia n e 3rd highest in e world. Visitors travel up & down e tower in double-decker elevators that can hold up to 50 ppl at a rate of seven m per sec. Tourists can enjoy e dynamic city view at diff height. E space module at height of 350 m, hghest revolving restaurant in Asia is at 267 metres; e main sightseeing floor is at 263 m.

Fantastic view of Shanghai but e air pollution/haze reduce our visibility. I guess e night view would be alot more appealing to me :p

Shanghai Municipal History Museum

Located at e lobby of e tower is "Shanghai's Urban Development History Musem". It consists of 6 halls. Transportation, overview of e old, e architectural landscape p SH at e begining of e 20th century, e metropolis infested w foreign adventures, traces of old SH exhibitions.

Day 2

Net Master's Garden

It's e smallest of the Suzhou residential gardens, yet it's e most impressive because its use of space which creates e illusion of an area much greater than its actual size. Even more than architectural achievements is e mood of tranuility and harmony that this humble garden emobodies.
