So glad that i'm still alive, able to to type out this entry. Went jogging with love over the weekends to train for the 5km in march. It was my first run this year and perhaps since poly days. Barely ran past loyang point and while jogging towards W2, i stopped and felt so giddy. Squatted down by the road hoping that i'll be okay aft a short rest. It didn't help. So we crossed the road, planning to take bus home. Waited for 15 mins which feel like an hour. Was feeling really terrible during the wait. My stomach feeling weird, face looking super pale and all. Could not tahan anymore, took a taxi and head home with 4 bucks in our pockets.
Hopefully, it's my fear or phobia that i need to overcome. and nothing else more serious than that. so happy to be able to step back into home. at the end of the day, i realised nothing else is more important than staying fit and being by the side of your loved ones.
